Its oil is obtained by steeping the fresh flowers in high quality, low acidity virgin olive oil. Ideal for any therapeutic or relaxing massage, it can be enriched with essential oils, as appropriate, or combined with other oils (e.g. almond oil, avocado oil, etc.). Hypericum oil is made from wild (not cultivated) Paikou herbs and virgin Cretan olive oil of low acidity.
