Shipping Methods And Shipping Costs
Greece Delivery:
3€ shipping for orders up to 30€ by ELTA Registered Mail, 2-5 working days. For orders over 30€ shipping is free.
Europe Delivery:
8€ shipping for orders up to 30€ by ELTA Registered Mail. For orders over 30€ shipping is free, 5-9 working days.
Rest of World Delivery:
12€ shipping for orders up to 30€ by ELTA Registered Mail. For orders over 30€ shipping is free, 7-14 working days.
All the parcels have a tracking code. You will receive the tracking code through email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
You can always track your order on the “Order Tracking” tab on your Royal Hemp account page.
Returns & Exchanges
The customer upon the receipt of the product is responsible to check the intact packaging and condition of the goods received to discover any defects in the product, within 2 working days.
Exchange of a purchased item can be made for the same item in a different size and/or colour or for an item of equal or greater value, depending on availability.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with their tags attached. We will not accept returns if items are damaged or soiled.

Taxes – Duties
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or any additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-E.U. country you may be asked to pay further duties at customs control.
We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
